The Brook, located at 589 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, is a 52-story, approximately 600-foot-tall mixed-use residential tower in the Albee Square neighborhood. Occupying a prominent island site bounded by DeKalb Avenue, Flatbush Avenue Extension, Fulton Street, and Bond Street, the development comprises approximately 591 residential units, including 30% affordable housing, together with 41,000 SF of retail space and 30,000 SF of resident amenities.

The project is organized around a three-story podium that creates an active street presence and accommodates a range of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a library, outdoor pool, basketball court, fitness studios, lounges, and landscaped terraces. Above the podium, the tower responds to the distinctive geometry of the site through a carefully articulated façade combining metal panels and curtain wall.
