Located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, 1010 Park Avenue is a new 16-story, mixed use building by architects Beyer Blinder Belle for the Extell Development Company. Located within the Park Avenue Historic District, the building contains 11 boutique residences, complimented by three levels of private social and leisure amenities. In addition, three floors of community facility space are provided for the adjoining Cram, Goodhue & Ferguson designed Park Avenue Christian Church.
The building’s construction is due for completion in late 2018 with HKA providing code consulting services to the project.
